​Why be a Member? The number one reason is access to knowledge through meetings, Union newspapers and Magazines, Union Officers and Stewards, and Union Specialists--OWCP and Retirement. Number two:  it is cheap for the information, full access to the NRLCA and CORLCA websites. It is cheap for the Union Representation. It is cheap for the ability to submit Contract and Constitution changes.
